The Spirit of Giving is a card game that I designed for a game jam in December 2013 that is played with a traditional 52-card deck and a stack of Post-It notes.
Players each draw a hand of cards representing presents, which they then gift to each other player. Your goal is to make sure the gifts you give everyone are at least as good as the gifts they give you, lest you come across as a cheapskate.
